3. Pricing & Payment
Rates are based on scope, labor, distance, and special requirements. Payment terms, deposits, and billing procedures will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling & Coordination
Clients agree to provide accurate move details and reasonable access. Changes or delays may incur additional fees.

5. Liability & Claims
While we uphold high service standards using quality equipment and trained movers, unforeseen damage or loss may occur. Procedures for claims will be detailed in your agreement. We emphasize the importance of reading the contract carefully—including small print Better Business Bureau+1.

6. Licensing & Accreditation

7. Dispute Resolution
We value customer satisfaction. Unresolved issues may be referred to the Better Business Bureau for mediation.

8. Cancellations & Changes
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel services due to safety or operational concerns. Clients may reschedule or cancel per terms agreed upon during booking.

9. Amendments
We may update these Terms. Updated versions are binding upon posting or when notified. Continued use indicates acceptance.
